The initial concept direction was supplied. My role was to develop that direction into a coherent visual system for a twentieth anniversary event, then adapt and prepare the materials for production on one deadline.
Deliverables included the event menu system, environmental signage, tabletop materials, in-room displays, presentation collateral, and apparel. I handled visual development, layout adaptation, file preparation, and delivery across the matched set. Handoffs centered on PDFs ready for print and image assets sized for large format, slides, and garment decoration; the work kept trim, color, bleed, and production requirements aligned so vendors and internal teams were not reconciling conflicting art.
The outcome was consistency across surfaces on a tight schedule, with fewer late corrections because the specification was settled once and carried across the materials. I owned the execution path from supplied direction through production handoff. A sample from the event menu system is documented below; remaining event visuals stay confidential for client protection.
Branded event print systems
This case study is where branded event print lives in the portfolio: menu systems, tabletop collateral, in-room and environmental print, and format-adapted layouts that all had to read as one system under established brand and event guidelines. There is no separate pillar-level page; the operational problem was one timeline and one spec propagated across surfaces.
Print production discipline for this program meant keeping bleed, trim, color, and vendor PDFs aligned across large format pieces, slides, and garment decoration so production teams were not reconciling conflicting art. Promotional brochure and flyer production under fixed templates and enterprise brand rules is documented under Brand System Execution, which follows the same emphasis on reliable output.
